PrismNexus Inc. (the "Company") handles users' personal information in "Koi Sonata (恋のソナタ)" (the "Service") appropriately in accordance with this Policy.

- Providing the Service, identity verification, and account management
- Generating AI Character responses (AI processing of chat and call content)
- Selling Coins, processing payments, and preventing fraudulent use
- Content inspection (moderation) to prevent exposure of personal information and similar purposes
- Quality improvement, development of new features, and analysis of usage
- Sending important notices and push notifications, responding to inquiries, and complying with law
4. Handling in Connection with AI Processing (Important)
To generate AI Character responses, content that users send through chat and similar means is transmitted to and processed by the AI (large language model, etc.) processing providers used by the Company. Such providers may be located outside Japan (Section 7). The Company appropriately supervises its subcontractors when outsourcing. 5. Provision to Third Parties
Except where based on law, where necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property and consent is difficult to obtain, or in connection with outsourcing (Section 6), the Company does not provide personal information to third parties without prior consent.
6. Outsourcing
The Company may outsource the handling of personal information to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use (e.g., cloud infrastructure, AI processing, payment agency, email delivery, push distribution, access analysis). The Company appropriately selects and supervises subcontractors.
7. Cross-Border Transfer
For cloud storage (images, etc.), AI processing, analysis, and similar purposes, the Company may transfer personal information to providers located outside Japan (country [ ]). The Company takes the organizational and technical measures necessary and appropriate to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information and otherwise manage it safely.
11. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, etc.
Users may request the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of provision to third parties of their own personal information. Please contact the inquiry point; after verifying identity, the Company will respond in accordance with law.
12. Minors
